Many Employers are Confused by the requirements, effective January 1, 2015 as to what types of injuries are reportable to OSHA. Check out the guide below as an easy reference:

Fatalities still require notice, but some injuries do require notice as well.



Old Rules:

Previously, an employer was only expected to report after a worker fatality or when 3 workers or more were hospitalized because of the same incident.
